Synopsis

Al Klippech has his reasons for working Christmas Eve. None of them are good.
The former Chicago detective now drives rideshare to make ends meet, nursing a fever and counting the hours until December 24th is over. When a terrified young mother climbs into his backseat clutching an infant, fleeing armed men who mean them harm, Al’s first instinct is to refuse.
He’s done being a hero.
But when bullets shatter his rear window, he has seconds to decide: abandon her, or remember what it means to fight for someone who can’t fight back.
One night. One choice. One last chance.

Sometimes the only way forward is in reverse.
